Incorporated in 2014, the roots of EcoSmart Buildings go back earlier to the construction of high-performance houses in Buckinghamshire, the most recent of which was built to passive house standards and continues to be extremely economical to run. The learning process during the construction of these buildings laid the groundwork for the development of the passive annex buildings, optimising construction cost and performance to deliver a range of garden buildings which far outperform other buildings in the market place.
